Q1. What’s the shipping for goods?

1). In order to reduce the cost of customers,usually we send goods by express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx,vTNT and EMS because we enjoy the member price to these cargo company.

2). For large package,we will transport by air or by sea,just depending on the customer requirements.

3) If customer has familiar cargo,we can send goods to the address you provided.

Q2. How long goods can be received?

Customer will received goods in 3-7 days .If there is any accident in shipping, we will notice you as soon as possible.

Q3. How to take the risk during transportation?

We would pay the bill 100% when goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China,buyers are responsible for loss.

Q4. How to deal with the refund?

We will check the refund in 2 days.After checking,we will provide testing result to customer. Then we will send replacement to you when you make order again.

Q5. Who will pay shipping cost for refund?

Buyer will pay the shipping cost.
